About the Role:

We are seeking a multi-faceted marketing storyteller who can amplify our mission to protect families and communities from electrical fires through the creation of compelling digital content. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-starter who loves to shift seamlessly between written and visual content creation across multiple channels including social, email, and web. In particular, he or she will possess a deep understanding of how to implement organic and paid content on social platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brand voice to consumers through written content on social media, blog posts, and email 
  • Create and implement brand-cohesive visual content in the form of photography, graphics, and short video 
  • Build a social media following and engage with online audiences 
  • Create email content to drive product activation, engagement, and satisfaction metrics  
  • Assist with website copy and visual design 
  • Develop written and visual content for decks, proposals, and documents for B2B partners 
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns (social media content, email, web) 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 3+ years of digital marketing and social media experience 
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills 
  • Eye for visual and engaging storytelling 
  • Graphic design and video editing skills for social media
