The Program Manager will report to the Vice President, Operations and help support and execute on key operational tasks and responsibilities. You’ll be joining a small and experienced team of business leaders, software engineers, and data scientists seeking to make the world a safer and more efficient place. Come join us!

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage partner programs to ensure successful implementation of program requirements and objectives
  • Ensure that internal and external clients are up-to-date on all details related to program and project status
  • Report key metrics of partner programs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as program analyst tracking key performance metrics
  • Work with Finance to ensure efficient and accurate reporting and billing for partner programs
  • Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule
  • Serve as escalation for internal and external clients related to given program and project

  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with implementation partners, clients, developers, and end users

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be a team player and willing to do whatever is required to complete the job and meet objectives
  • High energy, self-starter willing to lead
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience
  • Travel as needed
  • US Citizen
