You’ll have various responsibilities spanning all aspects of Operations, from customer and partner engagement to program management and beyond!

Job Duties:

  • Support day-to-day business operational activities
  • Complete monthly billing in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain various operational and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and validate e-commerce data regularly using a variety of internal tools and systems
  • Proactively communicate with customers and partners as needed
  • Seek to automate work products and drive business success
  • Track and manage Zendesk user onboarding/offboarding, and serve as an internal and external liaison for the platform
  • Assist Customer Care and Fire Safety teams with questions or requests as needed, and collaborate with leadership to resolve operational barriers or facilitate improvements
  • Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely and exceptional delivery, provide operational support to key business areas, and perform other duties as required to meet customer expectations and company goals

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2-5+ years work experience
  • Business-focused background in Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, or other relevant domains
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic Excel skills (e.g., formatting, sorting, filtering)
  • Experience with creating process documentation and reports and/or dashboards
  • Technical exposure to business platforms or systems, such as ERP, CRM, billing/payment, customer service, etc
  • Experience regularly working as a part of a cross-functional team to achieve a business objective
  • Project management or coordination experience preferred
  • Understanding of basic billing/invoicing, finance, and/or accounting, preferred
  • Automation or data integration experience, a bonus
