The Product Operations Engineer will report to the Vice President of Operations. You’ll be joining a small and experienced team of business leaders, engineers, and data scientists seeking to make the world a safer and more efficient place. Come join us!
Interface directly with customers, prospective customers, and partners to support technical analysis of the Ting service and product offering
Serve as a primary technical escalation for product related questions both internally and externally
Perform detailed data review and analysis
Develop customer communications and technical product related content for internal and external use
Perform other duties as required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong understanding of the principals of electricity
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
Excellent documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively
Preferred (but not required): Knowledge and experience with electric utility distribution systems and home electrical systems
2 to 5 years’ product engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related science / technical discipline
Travel as needed
