The Product Operations Engineer will report to the Vice President of Operations. You’ll be joining a small and experienced team of business leaders, engineers, and data scientists seeking to make the world a safer and more efficient place. Come join us!

Job Duties

  • Interface directly with customers, prospective customers, and partners to support technical analysis of the Ting service and product offering
  • Serve as a primary technical escalation for product related questions both internally and externally
  • Perform detailed data review and analysis
  • Develop customer communications and technical product related content for internal and external use
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the principals of electricity
  • Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills (phone, email, face-to-face)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively
  • Preferred (but not required): Knowledge and experience with electric utility distribution systems and home electrical systems

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years’ product engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related science / technical discipline
  • Travel as needed
  • US Citizen
